Cramping very early pregnancy, is it normal?

I'm 10dpo, and got a vvfl on frer. I've been having on and off cramping practically since ovulation it seems. Feels not as bad as af cramps that I usually just get day of. I suffered a chemical early last month, just hope I'm not traveling down that road again. Is cramping typical at this point? Thanks!

Yesss I had period like cramps in all my pregnancies the whole first trimester

Totally normal. Unless youre bleeding. at the very very beginning of pregnancy (during implantation) you may have extremely bad cramps bc the egg is implanting and during the rest of your pregnancy its because your uterus is stretching and growing. Take Tylenol to help with the pain but avoid ibuprofen. Its bad for the placenta.
