Help please/Break up after 6 years

Me and the love of my life broke up after 6 years. We haven’t talked in 6 months. But we just officially ended it a month ago. There is a friend that likes me, and I like him too. We started flirting. I ENDED UP HAVING SEX WITH HIM. Idk how to feel. I like him, but I feel like I rushed it.... did I fuck up... I’m scaring myself. What do I do now?
