Postpartum body! ✨
I think as a new Mum it’s very important to still feel like yourself. For me, someone who has always been confident in their body, (and who loves McDonald’s and hates the gym), I have found the last 6 months pretty hard. Getting used to my postpartum body has been a struggle. I’ve felt so much pressure to get my body back when really I should be celebrating how amazing it is for pushing out a baby!! We are so excited to take Tommy swimming but I was dreading it. I’ve always said I’ll wait until after Christmas to start exercising properly and just enjoy our beautiful boy. But I’m getting my confidence back.
This is me embracing my body. I created a human. And that’s pretty epic 💪🏻
