Pregnant and not sure what to do :(

Please done judge me.

I’ve fallen pregnant when I have a 10 months old, I’m really not sure what to do, I had the worst pregnancy ever and was in bed most of it and depressed and anxious.

I hate the thought of it been the same again and me not been able to care for my baby.

I feel like we’ve got so much time together that should be just me and him and if I had a newborn he would have to grow up when he’s still a baby himself.

I really don’t no what to do :-(

By the way i fell pregnant while taking contraception
