So I have the opposite problem. I’m a stay at home Mom and get “cabin fever” if I don’t get out. What I came here to say is that the longer I “stay in” the easier it is for me to just not go out and I start to feel like leaving the house is a burden. If that makes sense? It’s like I forget what I’m missing or something. Maybe if you don’t go out often, making an effort to get out more will ease the anxiety. :)

My home, no, since I live in a very safe country and the way I dress is common here, but when I'm visiting my parents or in-laws absolutely, and it makes me grateful I moved when i did.

I'll get bad anxiety if I haven't left in awhile and then try to. I have to push through it or it just gets worse.

Not all the time but sometimes yeah. Pretty much always if its dark even if its only 5pm. But I have anxiety so a lot of normal things make me nervous/scared.

That used to happen to me regularly, it was so bad I wouldn’t leave my house at one point. If I did make it outside, I wouldn’t make it far and would have a major panic attack. I’m a lot better now but every now and then I feel that same anxiety before leaving home.
