Did I have a Miscarriage?

I hadn’t been feeling well the past couple of weeks and it was Sunday So i decided to take a pregnancy test (just for grins). It came back positive. Great! So I know I was supposed to start my period on Tuesday, so I took another test on Monday (also positive) and took another one on Wednesday (after not starting on Tuesday) also Positive.

Late last night i had light cramps with light spotting. This morning I had heavy cramps and heavy bleeding.

Did I have a miscarriage? Sorry I’m new to these things. Any reassurance out there?
