Emotional Eating

I’m an emotional eater, I eat when I’m bored, and eat the slightest grumble, and it seems here lately I’ve been eating a lot more. I’ve been trying to go on a diet for about two weeks now but I catch myself cheating. Eating stuff I know I shouldn’t. And it’s getting really hard. I have a gym membership and I’ve been going. But I only find myself gaining more weight. Is there anything I can do to stop this? Fill my time with? What should I do to stop? Part of me wants to just stop eating all together. I’ve tried the military diet plan. I just can’t stick with it. I’m taking slimvance every day as recommended. And I’m just needing some help...what do you think I should do?
