Killing pain in my pelvic

I have felt this pressure and small pain in my pelvic for a week. So today ambulance took me to the hospital because of the pain in my pelvic got so brutal. First I was covered with cold sweat, then fainted and the pain just got worse. Called my man and said I thought I was gonna die. I have felt pain and had accidents but this time I really thought my uterus gonna explode.

After all this pain and different procedures doctors said the found NOTHING. Nothing.... how can this be... nothing. Came home and still feel moderate pain.

I have had a little stress at work? May this be the reason?

Has anyone felt like this? Any recommendations? What is going on with me?
