Ideas for Adventure Vacation Before TTC

My husband and I have been married for 5 months. He and I want children, but we want to enjoy our time together for a year or so with just the two of us before we take the next step and start a family. Mainly, we want to take a nice trip somewhere before we start TTC— somewhere with lots of adventure/outdoor stuff that we wouldn’t be able to do if we had kids. I need some places recommended! Currently on the list is New Zealand, a trip through Italy/Switzerland/Germany, or Hawaii. Anyone done something similar? Where to go? What to do? Thanks in advance. 😄
