did tracking really help you conceive
I see a lot on here of people tracking ovulation and bbt and yet have been trying for years. does this really help or is it just a way to help you get through each month your not pregnant. don't get my wrong I'm not saying people shouldn't do it. it's just last month I started to track month 9 of trying and firstly I don't have the time to pee on a stick twice at day at set times lol but it seemed to stress me out more than anything. and obviously It wasn't my month.
