has anyone actually conceived using soft cups when ovulating? if so how did you do it?

There’s no need for it. At the speed of ejaculation, sperm has breached the cervix and is well on its way to where it needs to be before your SO even pulls out. Using anything to keep ejaculate inside you is just asking for an infection. What you’d be holding in would be semen, dead or dying sperm, and your own fluids.
