Anal sex pregnancy

Hi! I just did anal for the first time and my man came inside of me.

We were cautious. I held a baby wipe against my vagina to keep semen from getting in.

I immediately went to the bathroom and (tmi sorry) popped a little bit and it looked like everything came out.

After I went out for a bit and I had lunch I came to poop again and I had a little discharge on my underwear. (Tmi again) smelled not like me but more like him, so I’m wondering if I could get pregnant if the semen possibly sat in my pants for an hour or so?

Are there any precautions you suggest I take?
