I’ve had my cartilage pierced for about four months and this small bump showed up! 
Is it gonna go away if I just keep using the wound wash my piercer gave me??

looks like an irritation bump oe buildup/infection. continue using the wound wash or mild soap, DON'T use alcohols, tea tree oil or salt. I'd go to a better piercer and ask their advice, may be a problem with jewelry quality.

Put tea tree oil on it! I had the same thing happen to my cartilage piercing and I went back to my piercer and she recommended tea tree oil. I got some that same day and about 3 days later the bump was almost completely healed after being there for months. Get some tea tree oil!!!!

I had the same thing happen, and it went after a year. IT WILL GO! I used bio oil occasionally and tried not to touch it. Change it to a smaller stud so it doesn’t rub! And if it suddenly gets sore and red soak it in the shower

This happened to me. In turned out that my hole (above the earlobe where my first earring was) was pierced slanted, and that's why it caused so much pain every day and caused SO much infection. I suggest you go approach a doctor and if there's an issue, go back to the people who pierced your ear for advice.

Same thing happened to me when the jewellery kept moving. Tea tree oil helped a lot but it never cured it. Ended up buying a prescription ointment and it was gone within 2 days.
