Can I use this for my keloid on my cartilage piercing I herd it’s the same thing as tree oil but I wasn’t sure..

Maracuja oil is NOT the same as tea tree oil. If you want tea tree oil, you need to get tea tree oil. If you want maracuja oil, get maracuja oil.

you want to use plain water, mild soap or premade saline on piercings. never alcohols, salt or oils (including tea tree). a keloid is permanent scar tissue, they're also very rare. you probably have an irritation or pressure bump. you may need higher quality jewelry or better placement. see a reputable piercer!

I’m not sure about that but i had one in the same place on my ear and I had to get it removed. Nothing else would help it
