What’s going on here!

Sooooo... I’m going on 5 days late of my period, I took a test the second day I was late, and then again today. Both came out negative 🙁 but I’ve been feeling super nauseous lately, at least 3 times a day but that also happens and the beginning of my period ? My boobs hurt but I usually have a normal period, also getting this weird cramping feeling in my lower abnomen that makes me nauseous🤢 Should I just except the fact that I’m not ? I don’t know what to do or if I’m just hoping I am and the test are wrong 😰
