Trying to Gain weight
Any tips on how to gain? I work out 5 days out of the week. I range from 85-97 pounds, I am 16 almost 17 years old. I eat, I’m currently trying to eat more than I usually do that way my stomach can expand and get used to that. And then work out so it’ll go to fat/muscle. Either or is fine 🙃. Any tips or tricks? I’m not trying to take any pills ( :
