Is it normal to be thirsty while on ur period?
I have been very thirsty for water or anything! I’ve taken lots of ibprophen today! I never take medication except for the first and sec days of my period every month!
Could I be dehydrated? I don’t usually drink a lot, while on my period. bc I always thought that would make a heavy flow! Which I never want heavier! It’s already such a horrific flow! Lol 😂
