So confused and frustrated!

I am currently 14dpo and 2 days late. I am usually pretty on time with my period. Last week my breasts hurt so bad i was almost in tears and my nipples tingled. Now they have just a dull pain. My bbt went down yesterday and today which is consistent with my period due and ive had some spotting yesterday and today but only when i wipe. The last few days ive been so tired that I honestly cant wake up even with caffeine. And today out of the blue im extremely nauseous and every smell bothers me. But ive taken at least 5 hpt in the last few days and all a bfn. I don’t know what is going on with my body!!
