I have extreme period cramps and the hurt so bad it stops me from sleeping today is my first day on birth control and it hasn’t done anything I’ve taken pain killers and it hasn’t don’t anything either agate do I do I’ve also had a hot bath and I was so uncomfortable I had to get out I was too hot and ye someone help
