TMI, IB or Period?

Sorry, TMI. I am late for 6 days now and I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. I used a tampon to check it i am bleeding and this is what I see, am i expecting my period soon or is this IB? Thank you so much.

it could be the start of your period or implantation bleeding. really no way to know right now until you start bleeding heavy. but just a heads up, use the TMI filter on photos like this
