Upper back / shoulder pain

Just want to know if any ladies here suffer the same. I get terrible upper back pain a day before my period is due and then 2-3 days during my period. The pain sometimes radiates down my arms but not everytime. I get lower back pain too which i can understand is due to the uterus muscles contracting etc but the upper back pain is weird. It's the shoulder blades that ache and its a dull pain which makes me feel very very weak, light headed and fatigue. I just want to lie down & sleep during this time or have my back against a hot radiator to get dome relief. Does anyone else suffer from this ? It doesnt happen every period but i'd say after every 2-3 cycles. I've been reading about something to do with endometriosis of the lungs or diaphragm which may cause this but i'm not sure 😕
