thigh fat
so I’m getting SUPER insecure about my thighs, it’s getting to the point where i don’t want to wear a skirt. I don’t know what exercises to eat, how to keep motivated and self discipline. Any tips would be highly HIGHLY appreciated

And also i do understand I am better off then a lot of other people and that I should be happy in my skin but as a women you should know yourself that it’s not simply that easy. Thank you
