Abnormal bleeding

UPDATE PLEASE HELP !!

For past week i’ve encoutered here and there really light bleeding in my discharge after some bad stress i’ve been through . I’m quite sure is not implantation bleeding , i got no pain what so ever . I made an appointment with my doctor , but is only next week and i’m really worried of what could it be . Anyone got any ideas ? I’m not AF until next week.

Is been a month since my spotting no period and over 10 sure negative pregnancy test. Has anyone had that before ?
