AF 37 days LATE

DH & I have been TTC baby #1 since July. I went off of the Nuva Ring in June. Ever since then, AF has been anywhere between 28-31 days. I’m currently 37 days LATE! I didn’t have AF in February or March! I keep getting negative HPTs & I got a negative blood test at 14 days late. I’m going to make a doctor’s appointment tomorrow. Just curious if any of you ladies can relate, if you ended up being/not being pregnant, etc. I’m going crazy at this point, so any input is well appreciated!!
