Should I stop "trying"-on to month 8

I obsess every month and want to make sure we cover all of our bases but apparently that's not working. I feel like if we don't try we could miss the chance. I honestly don't know what else to do. Should I stop the opks and just bd? But then I won't know exactly when ovusltion happened. Please help. Idk how much longer I can put myself through this. Maybe delete apps, stops opks, symptom spotting. Idk😩😔
