nose piercing SOS 😩

8 month old nose piercing... had a small bump a month after i first got it but it went away. it came back but with a vengeance... so irritated and painful. i’ve cleaned w wound wash, kept my hands away from it, and done a green tea bag compress (recommended by my piercer). i haven’t the slightest clue as to what to do with it now:( i love it so much and it would break my heart to have to take it out. do you think that’s my only option rn?
