He’s been out of town😩 as you can see on the pic we were only able to do it 3 days after confirmed ovulation(temp n opk) which was the Sunday April 1st I ovulated not Saturday (not sure why it’s saying Saturday) . I know the egg can only survive so long but Do we have any chance this month?

Sorry but no. Once the egg is released (ovulation) it only lives for about 12 hours (I’ve read 6-12 and 12-24). 3 days later it’s just not possible. Your fertile window starts like 4 days before ovulation because sperm can live for a few days in fertile cervical fluid and they can take awhile to get to the Fallopian tube where they meet the egg. So if they get there early, all the better. But if the egg is not fertilized in that 12 (or so) hour period, it dies and is expelled. Having sex a couple days after the egg is gone will not result in pregnancy. The only way you could be pregnant is if your predicted O date was wrong.
I HIGHLY recommend you read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. You’ll be so incredibly informed and empowered if you read it and start tracking per the instructions. I got a BFP in just two cycles doing it, and I’m 37. I couldn’t believe how fast it happened. Miscarrying this time around sadly, but I know I’ll get pregnant again, and probably pretty easily and quickly with my charting.
