Confusion

Ok so me and this guy flirt a lot at work and other work friends have made jokes that we fancy eachother as well as our mutual college friends also saying we should be together. (Were fairly close basically).

But im really confused because most relationships are built on texting and social media and Im absolutely shit at replying to texts and never reply, and his social media is pretty dead (he don’t have sc) and I really need advice on how to tell him or give impressions that I want to be with him without using texting/social media. Our friendship is basically built on flirting so it’s not obvious that I genuinely like him.

I just need help on how to give him the impression that I like him without ruining the friendship we already have if he doesn’t feel the same way..
