Medicaid .... help 😢

My mom & my boyfriends parents are both kicking us off their insurances. We're 20 & 21, still living at our houses (moving out this summer 🤞🏼) and we're expecting our first baby. Based on his income alone, it says we can qualify for Medicaid. I work for a company which is a "independent contractor." They don't take taxes or anything out like a regular job. Will they know that I have this job by giving them my social security number? I have no idea how I'd enter the information for this job as we don't get pay stubs or anything. How can I enter this job/will they just know I am employed or making money this way? I'm so confused!
