Please help. Tips on getting over my junk food addiction
I used to weigh 280 pounds. In 2016, I worked out regularly and always burned any of the calories I consumed when eating junk food. I went from 280 to 220. About 4 months ago, I became very sick and learned I have high blood pressure. I am now 250 pounds. I do not show it very much because I am tall, but I still want to lose some. I can not work out like I used to because my blood pressure rises really high when I try to work out as much as I did in 2016, so right now I want to focus on my junk food addiction. I have to have something sweet or salty everyday. I overdo it. It's not just one sweet or salty thing. It is many. When I try to ignore the urge, I actually start sweating and becoming moody. I am actually experiencing symptoms of withdraw, so does anyone have any tips?
