Iui attempt #3 coming up and I think I’m going crazy.

So, coming up we are attempting our third iui. The last 2 cycles I only produced dominant follicles on my right ovary, but I only have my left Fallopian tube.

The first one (50 mg clomid) was cancelled due to no dominant follicles on my left, and the second one (100mg clomid) we proceeded only because we figured why not even though the chances are low with only right follicles.

Anyway, this month we did 100 mg clomid with 150 iu Gonal f.. today at my cd 10 ultrasound I had a 16.2 mm on my right, and a 15 mm on my left. I have had a 14 on my left at cd 10 u/s before but they have not grown after that..

I have more Gonal f and am actually debating doing another injection because I’m scared it won’t grow and in my head that means Ivf is next because I just can’t get any love on my left.

So, have I lost my mind?
