Good morning ladies/good night/good day depends on where your from... Anyways

Last night around 12am I was having really horrible back pain the ones you get when your period is going to show up it lasted around 40mins all I wanted to do was cry . Then I start to feel these horrible period cramps then my tummy gets really hard it hurts like $$$$ ... This last for about 30-35mins. I went to the bathroom after an a piece of my mucus plug fell out there wasn't no blood then I went to lye down couple mins later the cramps has stop but back pain was still there . Then the pain take time an went away I haven't sleep good last nigh know my feets are hurting.. FTM here could these signs be early labour been around the time ?? Am 36+3 but am measuring at 37+1 with an EDD of April 27th but I have been going with may 2nd due date... I have an doctor's appointment Tuesday coming maybe she will check my cervix to see if am dilating ..
