DESPERATELY IN NEED OF HELP

My 5 month old, corrected age 16 weeks, does not feed. He can go 5 hours without feeding and when he does takes a maximum for 60ml. His current weight is 5.3kg (11lb 11oz) and I’m at my wits end. I’m beginning to dislike feeding time a lot. Does anyone have any tips. I have tried a quite room dream feeding etc but it hasn’t worked. He is combination fed. He was BFE however he only gained 4oz in February so I added formula just to see how much he was drinking.
