Ok so I have to have laparoscopic partial hysterectomy this friday. Has anyone had one? I want to kno what to expect from it pain wise an what your recovery time was.

My mum had one and she was in bed for weeks in agony :(

My MIL had one 6 weeks ago. Recovery for her was super easy. She was a little sore for a day or two and then after that, she started getting super stir crazy and bored at home haha she said there was no pain or anything like that and her restrictions were bogus 😂

My mom had one. Removed her uterus and kept her ovaries. Recovery for her was hard. She was in bed miserable for a week or so.
