A woman’s body is HER choice and hers alone.
HOWEVER - the woman needs to seriously consider every angle when making such an important decision...this is a human being that she is now responsible for. She needs to consider: can I do this without a partner’s help, what help and support will I have from friends/family, what will daycare be like if I have to work, can i do this on my own financially / will he pay child support, am I ready for this responsibility in general, etc. 
If she can answer all of this confidently, then again it’s HER BODY and her choice.

Your going to have to have a serious talk with him, and if your first instinct is to keep the baby, then do so. If he doesn't want to be involved, then let him walk. I do believe in women's rights, but you also have to talk to him and be clear where you stand. Just remember you are worth way more than a guys opinion!
