Lately I’ve been on a plateau with my husband. I don’t feel excited as I used to be anymore. The day to day is mundane and l always feel like I want more. We finally went away but whenever something happens, he spoils the fun by being a sourpuss. I’m not wonderful 24/7 either but I wonder if this is all there is? I’ve brought up more dates, more new things for us to do but we’re always stuck doing the same routine and I’m getting bored and frustrated. Our sex life is also in a drought. Advice please!

Have you told him how you are feeling?
If not, asking to go on more dates ect is a great idea but he may not understand why you’re wanting to go out. Maybe he can then open up to why he’s being a “sour-puss”... as another person mentions maybe he’s feeling a bit depressed or heck maybe he isn’t even realizing his behavior 🤷🏼‍♀️
 
 My husband has always told me he’s oblivious to hints and needs to be told directly. Open communication Is key to resolving issues, and the sooner communicated the better.
