How are you?

Anyone else overcome with physical dread from this question? My miscarriage was a week ago yesterday, and that question kills me a little every damn time. Not many people know so I just grit my teeth and say ok even though I’m broken inside.

Lol nobody asked me, how are you? Most everybody just decided that not talking to be was the best option. I'm so sorry for your loss. I know nobody understands, but we do. Hugs.

I found it more exhausting trying to cover everything up... so as people ask I have just tried being honest. Something I found amazing is how many times I've heard, "Me, too." The stories people have shared with me have all been incredible. Lesson learned. If not sharing is what you need to do then do it... but maybe you're greatest vulnerability can also be your greatest source of strength. Hope this helps.

I actually hate the pity, so I don’t mind telling people I’m good
