Wisdom tooth- healing process

So today I’m 3 days out and it has been sooo easy so far. The tooth came out super easy and fast and I was in hardly any pain till today. There’s still a blood clot in there and it’s forming new tissue. But my jaw hurts like HELL and so do my surrounding teeth. Does this sound normal? Did I just get lucky with no pain for the first 2 days? Like I said it’s healing great from the looks of it so i don’t think it’s a dry socket and it’s definitely not infected. I hate going to the dentist because I swear it’s never just in and out so I don’t want to go back in on Monday unless absolutely necessary.
