fertility clinic what to expect

hi, me and my fiance are due to have our first appointment in a months time at the fertility clinic. we are just wondering what to expect? so she only has periods once every 3 months and I also have very low sperm motility (1 percent of 54 million are motile). can anyone give any Info of the steps we are likely to go through before potential ivf is offered. will they bother Giving my partner Clomid or other medication with my motile sperm being so low.......Any info or input will be much appreciated :)
