Bleeding after constipation?

Totally TMI here.

So yesterday I finally pooped for the first time in like 4-5 days and it was the most painful thing ever!! After trying for 40 minutes in a public bathroom...😬 it finally came out and it was super wide and hard as hell. And then, when I went to wipe I noticed blood all over the TP. I don't know if I have internal hemorrhoids, or if it just cut me on the way out, but now every time I poop there is blood
