Pregnant but period?? TMI PIC!

I took a test last night with a FRER and it came out super faint positive, i woke up with cramps and the need to go #2, then i went and wiped and got light bleeding, the bleeding got darker and heavier like a regular period. I took a dollar store test and it was positive, a lot darker than the dollar store test i took back in February, it was faint but a few days later i had a chemical and got a period. Now 2 months later, I find out i’m pregnant again but I’m bleeding still and i just wiped, got blood, then i wiped again with a fresh toilet paper and got blood mixed with EWCM, what does this mean? Cramps are not as severe as my regular periods but i’m bleeding & its little streaks on my pads but a lot when i wipe and just little spotting after i wipe again. The first pic on left is from this morning and 2nd was 2 months ago before i got my period.
