Weight help?!
Okay, so I’m 16 years old. 5’ 9” I weigh 175 pounds.
I want to lose weight but working out just doesn’t seem to work and I tried to focus on my diet too. I know, some of you guys may think I’m too young to worry about my weight, but I’ve been watching it slowly increase.
Don’t get me wrong I LOVE my body. I just want what’s better for me.
I want to lose about 10 pounds and that’s it. And suggestions?🙏
