High Blood Pressure

I went to the er today for an issue I was having. I am 19.3 weeks. They checked my blood pressure and it was higher than ever before. Apprently, the systolic reading indicated hypertension, while the diastolic reading indicated prehypertension. Basically Hypertension Stage One. Has anyone had this kind of reading and went on to be diagnosed with preeclampsia? Or vice versa, has anyone had this and went on to have regular blood pressure throughout the rest of your pregnancy? I'm a ftm and very nervous. Can anyone share some encouraging words or experiences?
