The accepted scientific theory is that a man looks for a woman with the health indicators to be a good candidate for birthing 
In other word hip to waist ratio for giving birth (birthing hips) and also ample breasts that will provide nurturing to a possible child 
Also healthy skin nice shiney healthy hair a nice smile all indicate a woman will be a worthwhile choice for mating 
With that being said most guys just want to get their sick wet and will sleep with whomever based on their attraction level and what they can get .. so if he’s a 6 he will go for a 6 or lower if need be and give up on some of those indicators
