Calling all early morning risers!!!
Helloo I am new to the wake up early to exercise club but I officially joined last week! Not gonna lie I kind of love it! It’s really not all that hard to wake up. I wake up at 445 lol. Anywho, I work out for a half hour and then take a protein shake and skip breakfast but am eating healthy throughout the day. Does this sound good? I do this 5 days a week, I feel great so far, I just wanted to know how many of you wake up early to exercise and what your routine was.
