I'm confused if not ovulation then What?

Lmp- 3/10 through 3/14 (Testing w opks 3/20) Ladies today I felt wet so I went to wipe when I wiped this was there. After this nothing else happened just this since testing I haven't gotten a positive ppl. (Not sure if I could of ovulated early before testing since last af was 3/10-3/14 and started testing 3/20) I also had tiny cramps. I tested a couple of later and still nothing so I'm not sure what this coild have been. According to glow next af is in 5 days. But last month according to glow i was late 19 days then the month before I was 20 days late.

My ovulation test a couple of hours later.
