Hypothetical situation

This is going to be a little confusing and weird but I’ll try to explain as best as I can. Let’s say you’re in school trying to get your doctorate and extremely close with your family. You meet a guy that you really like and you start dating him and eventually move in with him. Shortly after he decides to move out of state to be closer to his family. Would you move away from your family to be with him? Or would you just end the relationship? If you choose to end the relationship would you continue living with him until he moved or would you move out?
