Panorama results inconclusive

Super sad and depressed. I got test done at 11 weeks on March 28th. Found out this morning there is no result. Which could be due to not enough blood or baby abnormalities or high risk. And no I’m not overweight. The obygn told me to call panorama and I have to wait til tomorrow for Panorama to call me back for more information and what to do next. As this happened to anybody else, I just need some clarity. They really weren’t that informative or making me feel better at all. And they obygn said they aren’t doing a retest right now. I feel very sad and expecting the worst.
