16 weeks pp period lasting 3 weeks?? Someone help!!

Long story short I was put on a pill at 6 weeks and I was bleeding every 2 weeks so been out back on my old pill but I’ve had a period for just over 3 weeks now and im scared, I never really thought about it but after stupidly searching the internet I’ve diagnosed myself with everything!! Please someone else say they have experienced this? I’m just really hoping it’s my hormones being everywhere with changing pills and recovery ... haven’t breastfed at all. I have a telephone doc appointment tommorow after lunch but now I’m freaking out and hoping for some reassuring stories 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
