walking gives me contractions
for the past 2 days I have been having very uncomfortable irregular contractions, I notice they come on a lot harder when I walk. I went grocery shopping earlier and omg I could barely walk. but now I'm home laying down and there not as bad. should I call the doctor or just wait it out?
